Job Summary
At PatientPoint, we’re in an exciting phase of growth—expanding our brand, evolving our offerings, and investing in the future. As we continue to build momentum, we’re looking for a dynamic, customer service–oriented team player to join our dedicated and passionate team.
We’re seeking an Office Coordinator to support our newly designed New York City office and Innovation Center. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also play an important role in supporting both internal and external clients, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. This position will also be an extension of our Trade Shows and Events team, collaborating and assisting in the planning and execution of high-impact client events both onsite and throughout the NYC area.
What You Will Do
- Maintain a clean and efficient office environment (ordering and refilling Office supplies, employee refreshments, FedEx supplies, etc.
- Accept deliveries
- Arranging catering, setup and cleanup
- Greet visitors professionally
- Assist with any administrative requests from Executives or local team
- Process and maintain badges for the location
- Support the Executive Operations, Facilities, Events, Client Solutions and Ad Operations upon request
- Assist Events team with planning and organizing client events, both in-office and offsite in the NYC area (includes venue booking)
- Manage the promotional items inventory in the NYC office
- Assist tech support team with packing and shipping of trade show and sales demo devices
- Partner internally to prepare personalized messaging and content for onsite client meetings
- Serve as the primary contact for FedEx, UPS and USPS shipments and deliveries
- All other duties as requested
What We Need
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an executive office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Calendar scheduling experience
- Detail oriented
- Professional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy equipment
- Will require occasional support for evening meetings and events

Base Salary Band: $19.00/hr to $33.00/hr
Compensation: At PatientPoint, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards.
