As we continue to expand our Precision and Core Programmatic advertising channels, we are seeking a dynamic leader to maximize yield, streamline operations, and drive holistic revenue growth across our portfolio.

Job Summary  

The Vice President, Campaign Management Yield Optimization will design and execute strategies to maximize advertising yield across Precision (direct-sold) and Core Programmatic (RTB-based) channels. This leader will oversee specialized Yield and Ad Operations teams, unify reporting and analytics across business models, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Pricing, and Technology teams to accelerate total advertising revenue performance. 

This role is pivotal in bridging two distinct revenue ecosystems—direct sales and programmatic—into one coordinated, data-driven operation that enhances PatientPoint’s monetization and scalability. 

 

What You’ll Do  

  • Revenue Optimization: Build and lead systems to optimize yield across Precision and Core Programmatic channels, identifying opportunities for improved pricing, packaging, and audience targeting. 
  • Team Leadership: Manage and align specialized Yield and Ad Operations teams running distinct business models—ensuring consistent performance management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop unified reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance across both channels, delivering actionable insights and transparency for executive stakeholders. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Data, Pricing, and Operations to define high-value audiences, address underutilized inventory, and enhance monetization strategies. 
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the SVP, Client Solutions on yield and pricing strategies, and the VP, Ad Tech on technology partnerships, ad server performance, and demand path optimization. 
  • Scalability & Efficiency: Implement best practices in campaign optimization, ensuring operational excellence as advertising channels continue to expand. 

 

What We Need  

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required ; Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. 
    Equivalent combination of education and senior-level experience in digital media, ad operations, or programmatic yield management will be considered. 

Experience:  

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media, ad operations, yield management, or programmatic advertising. 
  • Proven success leading cross-functional revenue optimization or monetization teams. 
  • Strong understanding of direct-sold and programmatic (RTB, PMP, DOOH) ecosystems. 
  • Expertise in ad tech, campaign optimization, and analytics tools. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem solving and performance improvement.

Base Salary Band: $180,000 to $250,000
