SVP, Consumer Health Sales

Location: New York, Chicago, Cincinnati

Travel expectation: Up to 50% travel

Job Summary:   
The Senior Vice Present, Consumer Health Sales will lead sales strategy and execution for continued growth of our fast-growing sector of consumer health and wellness brands that are a critical component of the company's growth objectives. This involves cultivating client relationships and identifying new business, specifically within the consumer health (OTC/CPG) vertical, owning the achievement of revenue targets and growth projections, identifying new market opportunities, maximizing the GTM sales pipeline, and creating a roadmap for sales expansion and growth. This leader must have a deep understanding of consumer package goods, a mastery of modern digital media, market trends, the competitive landscape, and a deep understanding of customer needs and buying pain points to develop a robust strategy that fuel sales growth.

The Senior Vice Present, Consumer Health Sales has a focus on revenue growth and can think and act strategically to shape the offerings to clients as a “must have” aspect of their commercial strategy. They coach and mentor sales activities across their sales team, and partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer. They will bring feedback from clients to enhance products and operations and work collaboratively with other sales leads and commercial teams to drive results.   

 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for continued growth in our well-established consumer health verticals. 
  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets and growth projections for assigned territory, identify new market opportunities and create a roadmap for sales expansion and growth.   
  • Execute and lead key priority enterprise growth initiatives.  
  • Proactively establish and build relationships with key decision makers at clients, showcasing the value proposition that PatientPoint will provide to their specific business needs.  
  • Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and take corrective actions as necessary.  
  • Lead and mentor across the full sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.  
  • Drive initiatives to expand market share and increase the company's presence.  
  • Own and cultivate senior level relationships at Over the Counter and Consumer Package Goods companies to foster long term growth.   

 

What We Need:

  • 12+ years sales experience and proven success; having worked directly at an OTC or CPG manufacturer, or having had these brands as clients at an agency.
  • Strong existing relationships across this vertical that will open doors for discussions and growth exploration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills – ability to establish and maintain successful relationships.
  • Flexible and open to learning/coaching/mentoring to improve success.
  • “Can do” attitude in an environment of entrepreneurship and opportunity, with changing priorities.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to identify, solve problems & thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities

Base Salary Band: $175,000 - $200,000 

Variable Compensation Target: Up to $300,000
