The Senior Vice President, Consumer Health Sales will lead the sales strategy and execution for the continued growth of our fast-growing Consumer Health business, a critical component of the company's growth objectives. This role is responsible for cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the consumer health (OTC/CPG/self-care) vertical, achieving revenue targets and growth projections, identifying new market opportunities, maximizing the go-to-market (GTM) sales pipeline, and creating a roadmap for sales expansion.

This leader must possess a deep understanding of consumer packaged goods (CPG), modern digital media, market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs and buying pain points to develop a robust strategy that fuels sales growth.

The Senior Vice President, Consumer Health Sales is focused on driving revenue growth and has the ability to think and act strategically to position PatientPoint's offerings as a must-have component of clients' commercial strategies. This leader will coach and mentor the sales team, partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, bring client feedback back to the organization to enhance products and operations, and collaborate across commercial teams to drive business results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for continued growth within our established Consumer Health vertical.

  • Serve as the key leadership contact to help shape channel strategy, including pricing, measurement, and commercialization.
  • Drive initiatives that expand market share and increase PatientPoint's presence by developing innovative approaches to unlock new market segments.
  • Build and cultivate executive-level relationships with OTC and consumer packaged goods companies to drive long-term growth.

What We Need

  • 12+ years of successful sales experience, including experience working directly for an OTC or CPG manufacturer or partnering with these brands through an agency.
  • Strong experience selling through programmatic advertising.
  • An established network of relationships within the Consumer Health vertical that can accelerate business development and growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
  • Flexible and open to learning, coaching, and mentoring to continuously improve performance.
  • A "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Ownership Mindset: Thrives with full revenue responsibility for a growing business segment. Brings experience across multiple sales and go-to-market strategies and isn't afraid to test, learn, and optimize to drive results. • Customer Focus: Understands customer challenges through their perspective and identifies solutions that create meaningful value while driving strong business outcomes. Skilled at finding win-win opportunities for both customers and the organization.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
