Job Summary
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact? As an Analyst on PatientPoint’s Insights & Enablement team, you’ll evaluate digital campaign performance, help inform targeting strategies, and influence future marketing efforts. Your work will fuel client growth, boost ROI, and strengthen PatientPoint’s role as a trusted industry leader.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, including audience reach, engagement, and patient conversion.
- Interpret and communicate results from third-party measurement partners such as Symphony, or others.
- Build and maintain recurring performance reports and dashboards for both internal teams and clients.
- Partner with strategy, product, and sales teams to ensure measurement insights support campaign goals and inform targeting strategies.
- Validate data and cohorts during campaign setup to ensure accurate targeting and clean documentation.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to showcase PatientPoint’s performance versus industry standards.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, analytics, marketing, or life sciences)
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with data in digital advertising
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to both internal teams and clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with audience quality or patient conversion analysis
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with third-party measurement partners like Symphony, Crossix, or IQVIA
- Proficiency with SQL or other query languages
- Experience building dashboards or recurring performance reports
- Experience working directly with clients or external partners

Base Salary Band: $68,524.00 - $116,750.00
