How You'll Make an Impact
- Serve as a primary point of contact for personal lines clients, delivering timely, professional support by phone, email, and in person.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and new business transactions accurately while adhering to carrier guidelines.
- Support clients through the claims process by facilitating submissions, providing updates, and coordinating with carriers and adjusters.
- Maintain complete and accurate account documentation within the agency management system to ensure strong service and compliance standards.
- Communicate proactively regarding coverage updates, billing questions, policy changes, and service requests to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with producers, carriers, underwriting teams, and internal colleagues to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.

What You Bring
Day One:
- Active New York Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- 3+ years of experience managing Personal Lines insurance accounts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience supporting policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, quoting, or claims activities within a Personal Lines environment.
- Proficiency with agency management systems, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
Valuable Additions:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Applied Epic experience.
- Previous experience supporting a high-volume personal lines book of business.
- Knowledge of personal lines coverage trends, carrier markets, and industry best practices.
