How You'll Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary advisor and day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits clients, building long-term relationships and delivering responsive support.
- Lead open enrollment planning and execution, including employee education, presentations, communications, and ongoing policy administration.
- Partner with Producers, Benefit Consultants, carriers, and internal service teams to deliver tailored benefit solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Analyze renewal options, develop contribution models, conduct benchmarking, and prepare claims reporting for self-funded clients.
- Coordinate RFP processes, carrier submissions, and internal workflows to ensure deadlines and service commitments are met.
- Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within existing client accounts to strengthen relationships and expand service offerings.

What You Bring
Day One:
- Experience in employee benefits account management, consulting, or a related client service role.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration, renewals, and carrier interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional presence appropriate for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Valuable Additions:
- 3+ years of employee benefits account management, consulting, or related experience.
- Life & Health insurance license.
- Experience with agency management or CRM platforms such as Zywave.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience supporting self-funded benefit programs and claims analysis.
- Demonstrated success identifying account growth and cross-selling opportunities.
