- Build and operationalize a company-wide job architecture, including job families, career levels, titles, and compensation alignment.
- Partner with Finance and HR leaders on annual compensation planning, developing tools, recommendations, and communications that balance market competitiveness and fiscal responsibility.
- Shape the evolution of the company's benefits strategy through analysis of employee feedback, utilization trends, market data, and business needs.
- Develop reporting and analytics that provide visibility into pay equity, market positioning, compensation distribution, workforce trends, and program effectiveness.
- Establish governance, processes, and tools that allow Total Rewards programs to scale effectively as the organization continues to grow.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, helping navigate complex compensation, leveling, and rewards decisions with consistency and sound judgment.

What You Bring
Day One:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant responsibility in compensation, total rewards, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs, including salary structures, pay ranges, job evaluations, market pricing, and incentive programs.
- Experience building or maturing compensation frameworks within a scaling, multi-site organization.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools used to analyze and present workforce data.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation and workforce decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and make enterprise-level recommendations without direct authority.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex rewards concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, budget considerations, and business strategy when advising leaders on pay decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Valuable Additions:
- Experience within insurance, financial services, brokerage, or another multi-site, client-facing organization.
- Experience supporting HR modernization efforts, including job architecture, HR systems, process design, and rewards program development.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CCP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant credentials.

*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
