How You'll Make an Impact
- Own the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of benefit administration platforms, with a primary focus on Employee Navigator.
- Partner with client HR teams to customize enrollment and HRIS solutions that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Deliver engaging training sessions that help employers and employees effectively utilize enrollment and benefits administration technology.
- Resolve client questions, system issues, and enrollment discrepancies while providing a high level of customer service and support.
- Review and reconcile carrier invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Generate enrollment, eligibility, and reporting data to support client needs, compliance requirements, and operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that streamline benefits administration and enhance the overall client experience.
- Support Open Enrollment activities by providing tools, resources, and guidance that improve accuracy and employee engagement.

What You Bring
Day One:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in a technical support or administrative support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business technology applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Texas Life and Health Insurance License within six months of hire.
Valuable Additions:
- Previous experience in the Employee Benefits Insurance industry.
- Experience using employee benefits administration software platforms.
- Employee Navigator platform experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of payroll integration, onboarding, PTO management, COBRA administration, or related HR technology solutions.
- Experience reviewing carrier invoices, enrollment records, eligibility files, or benefits reporting.
