- Lead client renewal, strategy, and planning meetings that align benefit programs with long-term business goals.

- Partner with carriers to evaluate options, negotiate solutions, and secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and operational excellence.
- Facilitate employee education sessions and open enrollment meetings that empower employees to make informed benefits decisions.
- Maintain accurate client information within CRM systems and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client engagement.
- Travel to client locations to strengthen relationships and provide hands-on support when needed.

What You Bring
Day One:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Active Nebraska Life and Health Insurance License.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, benefit plan structures, and compliance considerations.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships while delivering customized solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and client management technology.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable Additions:
- Experience within the employee benefits industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience facilitating client presentations, employee meetings, and open enrollment sessions.
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and enhancing client service experiences.
- Knowledge of emerging employee benefits trends, carrier solutions, and marketplace developments.
