How You'll Make an Impact
- Build and execute a multiyear Property & Casualty strategy aligned with Patriot's organic growth and profitability objectives.
- Lead the development and prioritization of national industry verticals, including investment decisions, support models, and long-term growth plans.
- Partner with retail, regional, and agency leaders to improve organic growth, client retention, producer productivity, and new business performance.
- Establish national standards for account planning, renewal strategy, stewardship, marketing submissions, coverage review, and complex risk placement.
- Strengthen executive-level relationships with carriers, wholesalers, specialty markets, and program partners to improve market access and placement outcomes.
- Develop specialist resources, communities of practice, leadership pipelines, and succession plans that strengthen Patriot's long-term Property & Casualty capabilities.
- Lead complex prospect pursuits and support strategic growth opportunities in partnership with sales leadership.
- Create enterprise visibility around critical performance indicators including growth, retention, producer productivity, vertical performance, and market opportunity.

- You can move seamlessly between growth strategy, client retention, technical placement discussions, and organizational leadership priorities.
What You Bring
Day One:
- 15+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience, with the majority of that experience in retail brokerage.
- 7+ years leading producers, account teams, practices, or Property & Casualty organizations across multiple offices, agencies, or regions.
- Demonstrated success growing organic Property & Casualty revenue and improving retention across a meaningful book of business.
- Experience building an industry vertical or specialty practice from an early stage, including opportunity assessment, investment planning, and support model design.
- Deep technical expertise across middle-market and complex-risk Property & Casualty business.
- Strong credibility with sophisticated clients, producers, agency leaders, and carrier executives.
- Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, decentralized, or multi-agency environment.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty performance metrics, including organic growth, retention, new versus lost business, contribution margin, and producer productivity.
- Experience developing carrier and market strategies and building senior-level carrier relationships.
- Active Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain licenses in required states.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Valuable Additions:
- CPCU, CIC, ARM, or a comparable professional designation.
- Carrier-side leadership experience in addition to retail brokerage experience.
- Experience in a private equity-backed or acquisition-driven brokerage environment.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, or supporting established producers with portable books of business.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and a major agency management system.
