At Pattern, our team is built on a foundation of collaborative ownership, visionary problem-solving, customer-centric solutions, and authenticity. We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As an Implementation Manager at Pattern Data, you will lead the implementation of our platform for mass tort litigations to ensure the accuracy of claims processing and its integration into calculation and analytic processes. You will:

  • Develop an expert understanding of the claims requirements and processes in litigation.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end implementation projects for clients ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met. This includes leading the configuration and integration of our platform for specific litigation requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand their business needs, develop detailed implementation plans, and align project objectives with their goals.
  • Ensure optimal performance of the platform through efficient and effective prompt engineering and rigorous QA testing.
  • Effectively manage a team of resources, including AI analysts and medical review resources, to support the fulfillment of implementation requirements and business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders, identifying risks, and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Validate system setup and test to guarantee smooth transitions and full functionality of the platform post-implementation.
  • Develop standardized and repeatable processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of implementations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or systems integration, particularly in managing complex implementations and generative AI solutions
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and client success teams, to deliver complex software solutions
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions proactively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep expertise working with project management tools such as Click Up, Jira, Asana or Trello to drive successful project outcomes
  • Experience managing AI projects and familiarity with prompt engineering
