US - Remote

Who We Are

Pattern Data is an AI-powered platform purpose-built for the unique complexities of mass tort litigation, settlement analytics, and claims processing. We automate critical processes like case analysis, documentation, and valuation, leading to faster, more accurate outcomes that dynamically adapt to evolving settlement criteria. Our platform replaces manual inefficiencies with data-driven decision-making, empowering firms to scale operations, reduce costs, and secure stronger results in higher-volume litigations.

At Pattern, our team is built on a foundation of collaborative ownership, visionary problem-solving, customer-centric solutions, and authenticity. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative at Pattern Data, you will play a dual role – helping drive new business with mass tort law firms while building the operational foundation that keeps our sales engine running smoothly. This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity to develop into a full-cycle Account Executive as the company scales.

Sales Execution (~70%)

    • Own and manage a book of business focused on mass tort firms, consistently driving adoption, renewals, and revenue growth.
    • Prospect, qualify, and run discovery calls and product demos with new clients, identifying needs and proposing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct sales research to uncover business objectives and support senior AEs in developing strategic solutions for client challenges.
    • Manage a high-velocity sales cycle from first outreach through close, structuring and negotiating smaller deals while supporting larger opportunities.
    • Assist in developing account plans and tracking client activity to identify growth opportunities within existing relationships.
    • Partner with other AEs and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Marketing to share client feedback and improve sales processes.
    • Attend industry events and travel as needed (up to 20%) to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Effectively manage time, prioritize objectives, and exceed goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Sales Operations & Analytics (~30%)

    • Own day-to-day HubSpot management: deal creation, pipeline updates, workflows, and data hygiene.
    • Support mid- and senior-level AEs in their efforts to build and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
    • Support documentation of sales processes, templates, and enablement materials.

What You’ll Bring

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology sales and account management environment, focused on mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices; HubSpot experience a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and balancing competing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, curious, and collaborative attitude.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
