As a Solutions Analyst at Pattern, you’ll be the technical backbone of our Client Success team. You’ll help translate business challenges into actionable solutions by troubleshooting issues, streamlining internal workflows, and managing data operations behind the scenes. 

This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, analytical, and excited to dig into data, processes and systems to make things run smoothly. You won’t just flag problems, you’ll identify root causes,help design practical solutions and move quickly to implement client facing solutions

You’ll be the go-to connector between our teams and clients—solving problems quickly, driving results, and ensuring smooth, high-impact delivery across every engagement. 

What You’ll Do

  • Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis: Pull and analyze client-specific data from existing reports to provide insights and support internal teams.
  • Data Management & Mapping: Map, clean, and upload data for one-off requests from the Client Success team.
  • API Support: Work with clients to set-up API access and utilize the API to copy documents and data.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Provide practical, data-driven solutions to technical or operational issues as they arise.
  • File Transfer Support: Facilitate and monitor file transfers from internal & external storage systems (SFTP, API, Vendors), providing status updates and troubleshooting issues.
  • Quality Assurance:  Validate data and outputs after system updates or automated processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation of internal workflows and client-facing data operations processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for backend and operational process enhancements to improve efficiency and data reliability.

What You’ll Have

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role serving a client services or operations team
  • Expert Excel skills and demonstrable experience with SQL, Python, and Groovy
  • A strong track record of troubleshooting and problem-solving, not just identifying issues, but recommending solutions and executing them
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated.  Extreme ownership and a bias to action are values you exemplify
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency Disclosure

The estimated base salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000 per year, plus commission and benefits.

At Pattern Data, our compensation philosophy is built around fairness, transparency, and market alignment. Base salary represents just one part of our total compensation package, which also includes performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other rewards.

Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location and internal equity across the team.

We understand that exceptional candidates bring unique backgrounds and strengths.  If the scope of the role changes during the hiring process, we’ll update and communicate any adjusted range accordingly.
