As the market-facing engine of our compensation intelligence platform, the GTM pillar translates Pave's innovative solutions into tangible value for compensation leaders worldwide. Our customer success team ensures clients maximize ROI from our product suite, while marketing articulates how Pave transforms outdated compensation practices into strategic advantages. The partnerships team expands our ecosystem, integrating Pave seamlessly with HRIS and financial systems.
Revenue operations optimize our selling motion across company sizes and industries, while our sales team helps compensation leaders understand how data-driven decisions can attract and retain talent. Through strategic planning and execution, this pillar doesn't just acquire customers - it builds a community of forward-thinking compensation professionals who champion pay transparency and equity in their organizations, further solidifying Pave's position as the industry's compensation intelligence leader.
The Partnerships Team @ Pave
The Partnerships Team stands as the strategic cornerstone of our organization, managing a global network of 300+ partners and serving as the key connector between Pave and the HR technology ecosystem.
In this role, you'll be responsible for scaling our technology partnerships while building new strategic relationships that enhance customer value and drive mutual growth. You'll design and execute innovative programs that enable seamless integration between Pave and the broader HR technology stack that companies depend on daily, including platforms like Workday, Google Cloud, and Morgan Stanley at Work.
This role reports to the VP of Partnerships & Business Development and is based in San Francisco or New York City.
What You'll Do
- Cloud & Technology Ecosystem Development: Lead Pave's global alliances with key technology partners across HRIS, cloud, and enterprise software platforms. Drive long-term success through strong executive and multi-level stakeholder engagement
- Develop & Execute Strategic Plans: Define and implement annual technology partnership strategies with clear goals, timelines, and milestones. Align cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships progress efficiently and harmoniously
- Design and Activate Sales Plays: Craft joint go-to-market motions that leverage market trends, product synergies, and whitespace opportunities within partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth
- Foster Executive Relationships: Build and sustain trusted executive-level relationships between Pave and technology partners, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of escalation
- Drive Co-Marketing & Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing to execute impactful co-branded campaigns, events, and content that generate pipeline and strengthen market positioning
- Enable Sales & Partner Teams: Lead internal enablement and external field engagement, ensuring that Pave's GTM teams and partner sellers clearly understand the value of joint solutions
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in Partnerships, or Business Development, preferably in the enterprise SaaS space
- Experience working directly with R&D teams on partner integration builds, with fluency in APIs, data mapping, webhooks, and technical integration requirements
- A proven relationship-builder with the ability to navigate complex organizations and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker who can connect vision to execution and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
- Skilled negotiator with experience owning end-to-end partner deal processes.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence.
- Results-driven with a knack for uncovering opportunities and driving value for both Pave and its partners.
Compensation, It's What We Do.
Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental, and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. This salary range may include multiple levels.
