The General & Administrative Org
The G&A pillar of Pave includes our finance, legal, people, and recruiting teams. This community is responsible for the operational health of our business, and ensuring every employee has the tools and support they need to be successful.
As the backbone of Pave's platform, our G&A teams enable us to scale efficiently while maintaining compliance in the complex compensation landscape. The finance team ensures capital allocation aligns with our growth strategy, while legal safeguards our innovative compensation data products.
Meanwhile, our people and recruiting teams implement the same compensation philosophy we champion for our clients, attracting and retaining top talent through transparent, competitive, and equitable pay practices. The Recruiting Team @ Pave
We're a strategic, high-impact team that partners directly with leadership to build world-class GTM and R&D organizations. Our team own end-to-end hiring across all levels and are trusted advisors who shape how we attract and close top talent in a competitive market.
Recruiting isn't just about filling roles—it's about building the team that will define the future of compensation management. You'll have the tools you need to succeed, the autonomy to innovate on process, and direct exposure to high impact company-building decisions.
What You'll Do
- Build high-quality talent pipelines for both GTM and R&D roles across all levels using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market dynamics—then develop targeted sourcing strategies to reach top talent
- Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences that generate interest and drive response rates, positioning Pave's mission and opportunity in a competitive market
- Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit before handing off qualified prospects to recruiters for interview coordination
- Research talent markets, competitors, and emerging trends to provide insights on hiring feasibility, compensation benchmarks, and where to find the best candidates
- Maintain organized pipelines in Greenhouse and track sourcing metrics (outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion) to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in a recruiting environment, ideally supporting both technical and GTM hiring at a startup or fast-paced tech company
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Modernloop, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Expert-level Boolean search skills and a creative approach to finding talent beyond the usual channels—you know how to uncover hidden gems
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox and tells a compelling story
- Highly organized and metrics-driven—you can manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and use data to optimize your approach
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn—you're excited to work cross-functionally with recruiters, share market insights, and contribute to building a world-class recruiting function
Compensation, It's What We Do.
Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental, and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. This salary range may include multiple levels.
The targeted cash compensation for this position is (level depends on experience and performance in the interview process):
$115,000 - $135,000
