Job Description:
PayPay is looking for a Senior Enterprise Engineer to join our IT Team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and managing internal IT infrastructure, providing user support, and maintaining/improving our systems.
Responsibilities:

Build, operate, and manage internal systems and SaaS platforms.

Set up and troubleshoot PCs and mobile devices.
-
Install, configure, and update software applications.
-
Respond to and support internal IT-related inquiries from employees.

Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
-
Implement, monitor, and improve security measures.
-
Plan, execute, and manage IT projects end-to-end.
Required Skills and Experiences:
-
5+ years of experience with strong hands-on skills in basic coding, scripting, testing, and deployment.

Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including teams in Japan.
- Self-driven and proactive, capable of independently driving projects from planning to execution.
Qualifications:
-
Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience managing SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)

Experience operating and managing Windows and MacOS devices.

Experience working with cloud services (e.g., AWS)

Programming or scripting skills (any relevant language)
-
Ability to deploy and operate automated processes using code and scripts.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Knowledge of information security principles and best practices.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Strong interest in new technologies and commitment to continuous learning.

Ability to collaborate smoothly with various internal teams.

Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., Amazon WorkSpaces, VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
