About the Organization/Team・組織/チームについて

The team you will be joining is currently working on a project to modernize a banking system. Our in-house engineers take the lead throughout the entire development process, from initial planning and system design to coding. As this is a newly established organization, you will also have the opportunity to help shape the development standards, processes, and working environment from the ground up.

※ After joining the company, you are expected to be seconded to PayPay Bank as a member of the above project.

配属先組織は、銀行システムリニューアルに関わるプロジェクトを進めています。自社エンジニアが中心となって、イチから企画・設計からコーディングまで行います。新しい組織なため自分たちで開発ルールや環境を一緒に作り出すことができます。

※入社後に上記プロジェクトメンバーとしてPayPay銀行への出向を予定しています。

Job Responsibilities・具体的な業務内容

• Architect and build a robust, scalable and stable infrastructure
• Architect and build Infrastructure that is easily maintainable during patching and upgrades without downtime
• Architect and build Infrastructure with AWS regional level failure tolerance
• Work together with our Security Engineers to provision a secure Infrastructure
• Automations for AWS Deployments to ensure fast delivery of Cloud Services to our developers
• Provide through Automations means for developers to easily deploy resources on AWS

• AWS のリージョンレベルの障害に耐えられるインフラの設計・構築

• 開発者へクラウドサービスを迅速に提供するための AWS デプロイ自動化
• 開発者が AWS リソースを容易にデプロイできる仕組みの自動化

Required Experience/Skills・必要な経験/スキル

• Extensive technical hands-on experience with computing, networking, storage, and analytical services on Latest AWS Services
• Experience with Terraform based infrastructure as code (IAC) on AWS
• Experience in production level infrastructure change management and releases for high traffic & business-critical systems
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure and platform systems availability, performance and cost management
• Experience as an AWS administrator, including Multi AWS organization management, managing 50+ AWS accounts and 100+ users
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices in Fintech Industry
• Demonstrated skill in programming and scripting languages, including Python, Shell Scripting, Go, and Rust
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work professionally in Japanese, either as a native speaker or with Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or N2
  
  
• AWS を利用したインフラストラクチャ・プラットフォームについて、5年以上の技術経験およびアーキテクチャ設計経験
• AWS のコンピューティング、ネットワーク、ストレージ、分析系サービスに関する幅広い実務経験
• Terraform を使用した AWS 上の Infrastructure as Code (IaC) の経験
• 高トラフィックかつ業務上重要な本番システムにおける、インフラ変更管理およびリリース経験
• クラウドインフラやプラットフォームの可用性、パフォーマンス、コスト管理の経験
• 複数の AWS Organizations、50以上の AWS アカウント、100人以上のユーザーを管理した AWS 管理者としての経験
• FinTech 業界におけるクラウドセキュリティのベストプラクティスへの深い理解
• Python、シェルスクリプト、Go、Rustなどを使用したプログラミングおよびスクリプト作成の経験・スキル
• 優れた口頭・文書コミュニケーション能力および対人能力
• 日本語での業務遂行が可能な方（母国語、または日本語能力試験 JLPT N1/N2相当）

 

Desired Experience/Skills・あると望ましい経験/スキル

• Certified at the AWS Professional or Specialty level
• Experience in payment industry compliance standards such as PCI DSS 
• Bachelor’s degree and above in a Computer Science related field
• Experience with other cloud service providers (e.g GCP, Azure)
• Experience with Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD or CKS)
• Experience in AI/ML infrastructure design and operations
• ​​Experience using and contributing to Open Source tools
• Published papers / blogs / articles
• Bilingual in English and Japanese is nice to have
