The kind of person we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an energetic, thoughtful, persuasive person with client management skills and an interest in helping restaurant marketers use their data to drive business results.  You’ll be the day-to-day point person for a portfolio of 5-10 restaurant clients and will be responsible for developing and delivering plans for those clients.  You’ll need strong communication skills to listen to and understand your clients’ needs and to share your recommendations with them.  You’ll need expertise in how to improve business results for your clients, and you’ll create and deliver compelling presentations to share your actionable insights with your clients.

In addition, you will identify opportunities to turn useful, repeatable analyses into self-service tools that can be used by both Paytronix and its clients.

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Onboarding new clients and helping them successfully launch their loyalty programs
  • Working with new clients to understand their specific needs, to coach them on what metrics matter, and to develop customized dashboards and reporting
  • Developing an account plan to determine the work we will do for the client, the marketing campaigns they will run, the goals we will aim for, etc.
  • Conducting regular conference calls and in-person meetings to present your findings on a range of topics, and providing advice on how the client can improve its program
  • Helping your client’s loyalty programs, through a diverse set of activities including:
    • Benchmarking KPIs against similar programs
    • Developing customized guest segmentation strategies, and developing programs tailored to each segment to drive guest and program value
    • Analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activity
    • Designing / measuring / improving CRM programs
    • Measuring the lifetime value of a customer, and understanding and explaining how this changes over time
    • Designing tools to detect fraud, and coaching the client on how to use those tools
    • Using detailed transactional data to make targeted promotion recommendations, and to build predictive models to identify the highest potential customers
  • Coordinating with internal teams to execute analyses, and to develop the tools required to address your clients’ needs
  • Lead Strategy & Analytics departmental projects.
  • Lead and advise on complex projects.
  • Manage client escalations.
  • Participating in IP development
  • Participating in the sales process to win new Strategy & Analytics clients
  • Traveling less than 5% domestically

The kind of experience you’ll need:

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling, insightful presentations to our clients’ senior leaders
  • Excellent ability to translate business problems into executable analyses
  • A passion for data and analytics

The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience including account management and data analytics experience
  • Restaurant or Retail marketing, operations and/or analytics experience
  • Experience with loyalty programs
  • A background in business intelligence tools
  • Business strategy experience

Salary: $125K-$135K
