The kind of person we’re looking for 

We are looking for a forward-thinking and tech-savvy sales operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This person combines a strong Salesforce foundation with curiosity for new technologies like artificial intelligence, buyer intent data, and revenue intelligence platforms such as Clari. They bring a sense of urgency, precision, and problem-solving to support a high-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate can work independently and cross-functionally, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for leadership and the sales team. 

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing 

  • Own Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and continuous optimization. Assist with user needs and questions and have strong Salesforce capabilities.  
  • Manage Salesforce CPQ configuration and support accurate quoting, pricing, and deal structuring. 
  • Ensure that sales teams have the data, processes, and AI-powered tools required to operate at their best. 
  • Partner with Sales Management and Leadership to identify process gaps, breaking points, and opportunities for automation. 
  • Leverage AI/Clari for revenue forecasting, pipeline inspection, and signal-driven insights to support executive decisions. 
  • Deliver revenue intelligence dashboards that provide a clear and proactive picture of pipeline health, forecast risk, and performance trends. 
  • Provide insights to optimize Incentive Compensation, Territory Planning, Quota Allocation, Pricing Deal Desk, and Sales Training. 
  • Leverage AI and machine learning to build and optimize lead/account scoring models, pipeline forecasting, and next-best-action recommendations. 
  • Integrate and analyze buyer intent and behavioral signals (from platforms like 6sense, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, product usage, Gong, and Clari) to identify opportunities and risks earlier in the sales cycle. 
  • Provide trend reporting and predictive insights for the sales team, consistently finding opportunities for growth. 
  • Support enablement by equipping sales teams with AI-driven content recommendations and coaching insights. 
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy, enrich accounts/leads with third-party data, and ensure ongoing CRM optimization. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to create a unified RevOps operating system across the customer journey. 
  • Prepare reporting and dashboards on pipeline, bookings, revenue, and retention that fuel executive decision-making. 

The kind of skills and experience you’ll need 

  • At least 6 years of relevant sales operations work experience. 
  • 2–4 years of Salesforce Admin experience, with strong configuration and reporting expertise.  
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, deal desk practices and contracting. 
  • Familiarity with AI/RevOps tools (Clari, People.ai, Gong, Highspot, 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo Intent, etc.). 
  • Hands-on experience with commissions planning, reporting, and analysis.  
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI/reporting platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Salesforce CRMA). 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint). 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a simple and actionable way. 

The extra stuff that would be nice 

  • Experience with revenue automation platforms (LeanData, Workato, Tray.io). 
  • Experience with CLM tools (DocuSign, Adobe, Ironclad). 
  • Exposure to ERP/Finance integrations (NetSuite, MuleSoft, Boomi). 
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and hygiene tools (Clearbit, Openprise, RingLead). 

Salary range: $130k-$140k
