Our Marketing Team performs a range of tasks, supporting our 150+ locations across 7 states in the Northeast (and growing!).
LOCATION:
HIRING SCHEDULE:

Typical in-office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

This position may require some flexibility, including weekends, for special events or to meet specific deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with day-to-day marketing requests from dental practices across our network.

Conduct market research to identify local marketing opportunities and community events.

Support the creation and updating of website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Compile and analyze marketing performance data to generate reports and insights.

Collaborate with the team on campaigns across digital, out-of-home (OOH), and print channels.

Help coordinate marketing materials and promotional items for practices and local outreach.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or CMS platforms is a plus.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.

Hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing.

Exposure to real-world marketing strategy and execution.
