District Manager

  • Job Title: District Manager
  • Location: New York Metro Area
  • Reports to: CEO
  • Travel: Regular travel across Peachy studios in-region (4 - 5 days in the field)

Why Join Peachy?

Peachy is a multi-unit beauty services brand reimagining aesthetics with a focus on preventative skincare, accessibility, consistency and clinical integrity. Currently operating 15 studios across 6 markets, Peachy is executing a disciplined roadmap to expand.

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded District Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving performance across multiple Peachy studios, owning the intersection of provider operations, clinical quality, team leadership, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience, particularly in healthcare or service-based environments, and preferably within high-growth, multi-unit, or startup organizations. This position is on-site in NYC.

This role is designed for someone eager to own a region like a business, lead high-performing teams, and scale operations without compromising quality or culture. At Peachy, you’ll not only sharpen your operations and leadership skills, but also be part of a company that is scaling rapidly - giving you a front-row seat to organizational growth. You will play a key role in shaping how Peachy operates at scale, influencing systems, standards, and ways of working as the company continues to grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Regional Ownership & P&L Leadership: Own performance across a region of Peachy studios, including revenue, labor efficiency, provider productivity, and overall profitability. Translate data into action and drive measurable improvements across key KPIs.

  • Provider Hiring & Onboarding: Partner with recruiting to move candidates efficiently through pipeline, support interviews, and ensure timely hiring decisions. Ensure all providers progress on time through Peachy’s Provider Training Program.

  • Provider Performance & Development: Drive consistent provider clinical performance and productivity through coaching and mentoring. Support providers, especially low performers, with clear action plans and measurable improvement goals.

  • Quality, Safety & Clinical Excellence: Build and reinforce a culture where quality and safety are non-negotiable. Investigate incidents, resolve escalations, and ensure adherence to clinical standards, documentation, and protocols.

  • People Leadership & Team Dynamics: Coach and develop studio leaders and teams to drive accountability, engagement, and performance. Navigate team dynamics, address performance issues, and build a strong, feedback-driven culture.

  • Scheduling & Staffing Optimization: Ensure provider and studio schedules align with demand, onboarding needs, and productivity goals. Partner across the region to secure coverage and prevent operational disruptions.

  • Multi-Site Operations Excellence: Drive consistency across all studios in workflows, client experience, and execution. Conduct regular site visits, identify gaps, and implement improvements.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs across hiring, onboarding, retention, clinical performance, and financial outcomes. Lead business reviews and drive accountability across the region.

Who You Are:

  • Business-Minded Operator: You think in terms of P&L, efficiency, and outcomes, not just activity.
  • Strong People Leader: You understand team dynamics deeply and know how to coach, challenge, and develop others.
  • Results-Driven: You take ownership, push through obstacles, and consistently deliver against goals.
  • Operationally Sharp: You can quickly diagnose problems, prioritize effectively, and execute solutions.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Communicative & Influential: You build trust across providers, studio teams, and leadership.
  • Values-Driven: You embody Peachy’s core values of Positivity, Raising the Bar, Trust, Client Obsession, and Creative Constraint.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dental, medspa, or similar service environments
  • 3+ years managing managers or field leaders across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated understanding of P&L management, including labor, productivity, and revenue drivers
  • Strong experience in performance management and coaching
  • Experience improving quality, compliance, or clinical operations in a multi-unit setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Based in New York, NY and able to work on-site
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Pay & Perks:

The target pay range for this role is $145,000 - $150,000/year + an annual bonus. The actual compensation range for this role will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. This range may be modified in the future.

  • Health and Wellness perks
  • Paid Time Off
  • Complimentary quarterly wrinkle treatment + retinoid
  • Company Equity Participation
  • Employee discount for Peachy services and products
  • Exclusive optional discounts through LifeMart
  • 401K program participation + employer match after 90 days of employment

We’re building the next generation of aesthetics. If you’re excited to lead from the front, own outcomes, raise the bar, and define how Peachy scales - we’d love to hear from you.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
