What You'll Do

As an Event Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our equipment is event-ready by:

  • Inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment and assemblies
  • Diagnosing component and circuit issues and performing repairs or replacements
  • Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance
  • Conducting safety inspections and reporting electrical concerns
  • Supporting warehouse and production teams to meet event deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and client-ready shop environment
  • Performing general facility and vehicle maintenance
  • Handling deliveries and pickups as needed
  • Accurately completing timesheets and required documentation
  • Following Peak Technologies' safety standards, processes, and best practices

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes initiative, and thrives in a team environment.

Qualifications include:

  • Associate degree or technical certification preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in electronics repair, maintenance, technical support, or a related field
  • Ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment and mechanical systems
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
