North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; Oakville, Ontario, Canada

At Peak Technologies, we specialize in delivering innovative solutions for both virtual and live events. From high-impact marketing activations to large-scale conferences, we bring expertise, creativity, and technical precision to every project. Our mission is to craft exceptional event experiences that connect, engage, and inspire.

Peak Technologies Is Hiring: Account Manager / Estimator – AV Production

Are you the person who can turn a client’s big idea into an event that actually works technically, creatively, and financially?

Peak Technologies is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Estimator to join our team and play a key role from first client conversation through final reconciliation.

This is more than an estimating role. You’ll be the bridge between client vision, technical production, and financial strategy—building relationships while developing AV solutions that deliver on time, on budget, and at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Translate event objectives into clear AV scopes and production solutions
  • Develop detailed estimates covering equipment, labor, logistics, and vendors
  • Own project budgets, forecasting, margins, change orders, and reconciliation
  • Scope general sessions, breakouts, trade shows, and large-scale live events
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, operations, vendors, and venues
  • Identify creative solutions that maximize value while protecting profitability
  • Support proposals, bids, presentations, and account growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of AV, live event, staging, entertainment production, or related experience
  • Strong background in AV estimating, budgeting, and project costing
  • Proven client-facing and account management experience
  • Solid technical knowledge across audio, video, lighting, LED, staging, and basic rigging
  • Ability to read and work with technical drawings and production documentation
  • Strong Excel and project-costing/ERP skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused, analytical approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%, depending on event volume

Why This Role Matters

You won't just be putting numbers on a spreadsheet. You'll help shape the solution.

If you thrive at the intersection of people, technology, live events, and business, we'd love to hear from you.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
