As a Scheduled Coordinator you will be working closely with Field Managers, Parts Managers, and Service Delivery Coordinators, the Scheduler monitors the regional work order pipeline, coordinates site access and escort requirements, and ensures all parts-dependent jobs are scheduled with consideration of ETA and project urgency. This role supports both enterprise and national accounts and contributes directly to operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor regional work order pipelines and prioritize scheduling based on due dates, technician availability, and skill requirements.
- Coordinate with Field Managers and Technicians to ensure proper job assignment and readiness.
- Arrange site access and escort requirements, ensuring technicians can enter sites without delay.
- Collaborate with Parts Managers to track part ETAs and schedule jobs accordingly to minimize downtime and align billables with incurred costs.
- Communicate regularly with Service Delivery Coordinators to keep them informed on scheduling status, especially for enterprise and national accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled jobs and updates within cloud-based platforms.
Follow divisional and regional guidance on utilization rates and ensure targets are consistently met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service scheduling or field operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-based scheduling platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of technician utilization, job costing, and service delivery timelines
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with parts logistics and ETA coordination is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Hourly Compensation - $22/hr.-$28/hr.
At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Base Pay Range
$22 - $28 USD
