Impact
The Parts Technician plays a critical role in supporting the HVAC purchasing team by ensuring timely and accurate sourcing of parts needed for field technicians. Core Responsibilities

Source, order, and track HVAC parts and equipment to support field operations

Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and internal teams to understand parts requirements and urgency

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery

Monitor order status, resolve delays, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders

Assist in managing inventory levels and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in documentation and systems

Support troubleshooting efforts by helping identify correct parts for repairs and maintenance

Maintain organized records of orders, vendors, and transactions
Core Experience
-
2+ years of experience in HVAC parts, purchasing, procurement, or a related field

Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and parts strongly preferred

Experience working with vendors and negotiating pricing is a plus

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
