Impact

The Parts Technician plays a critical role in supporting the HVAC purchasing team by ensuring timely and accurate sourcing of parts needed for field technicians.   • Source, order, and track HVAC parts and equipment to support field operations

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery

  • Monitor order status, resolve delays, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders

  • Assist in managing inventory levels and identifying cost-saving opportunities

  • Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in documentation and systems

  • Support troubleshooting efforts by helping identify correct parts for repairs and maintenance

  • Maintain organized records of orders, vendors, and transactions

Core Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC parts, purchasing, procurement, or a related field

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and parts strongly preferred

  • Experience working with vendors and negotiating pricing is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
