Your Impact:
Pearce is looking for a passion for driving organizational change and making a measurable impact. We’re looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Strategy team, where you’ll play a key role in guiding teams through process, technology, and structural transformations. This role blends change management expertise with strategic communication, and visual storytelling ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Strategy team to assess current-state operations and processes, software, and teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support seamless transitions.
- Create clear, engaging documentation—including process guides, impact assessments, and visual aids—to drive adoption and understanding.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented changes, partnering with the team to monitor and improve ROI
- Develop high-quality presentations, infographics, and reports using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or other professional design tools (beyond PowerPoint).
- Design and built complex visuals, including user workflows and other key assets.
Core Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, or a related field.
- Ability to work across teams, manage multiple initiatives, and drive alignment.
- Familiarity with stakeholder communication strategies, organizational transformation, and structured change methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess impact and measure success.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities, including simplifying complex ideas visually.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar design tools to create professional, engaging materials.
- Certifications in change management are a plus.
At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Base Pay Range
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
