Your Impact

Pearce is seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Business Analyst to support the Data Analytics Manager, Finance team, and executive leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will help improve how the organization uses data, technology, systems, and processes to support continued growth. You will contribute to projects involving Salesforce development, NetSuite process improvements and integrations, process automation, financial analysis, and M&A integration.

You will work closely with both corporate and field teams to understand operational challenges, identify bottlenecks, and translate business needs into practical technology and process solutions. Your work will help improve efficiency, strengthen financial and operational visibility, standardize processes, and support the successful integration of acquired businesses.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with technical systems knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with everyone from senior executives to remote field teams.

Core Responsibilities

Business Systems & Technology

  • Partner with the Data Analytics team and Salesforce developers to architect, enhance, and support a company-wide technology platform.

  • Support the continued development, administration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions based on evolving business requirements.

  • Partner with Finance to identify and implement NetSuite process improvements, system enhancements, and integrations.

  • Help translate business requirements into scalable system and technology solutions.

  • Support the testing, implementation, documentation, and adoption of new systems, integrations, and functionality.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to identify opportunities to automate field and administrative processes.

  • Engage with field and office employees to understand day-to-day workflows, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.

  • Analyze existing processes and recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Break down complex operational problems into clear, manageable process steps and system requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve the flow of information across teams and systems.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Data & Financial Analysis

  • Partner with Finance to perform margin analysis and other financial analyses that provide insight into business performance.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop analyses that support process improvements, operational decision-making, and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Use advanced Excel and other analytical tools to organize, model, and interpret complex business and financial data.

  • Help transform data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

M&A Integration & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the Data Analytics team and executive leadership with programs related to M&A integration activities.

  • Assist with the integration of systems, data, processes, and reporting following acquisitions.

  • Support special projects tied to the Company's highest-priority strategic initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and technology across newly integrated businesses and existing operations.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure new processes and systems align with broader organizational objectives.

Change Management & Business Partnership

  • Build strong working relationships with Finance, Data Analytics, Technology, Operations, and field teams.

  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices across departments and business units.

  • Support training and user adoption for new systems, tools, processes, and functionality.

  • Clearly communicate technical and analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Serve as a proactive problem solver who can independently identify issues, evaluate solutions, and help move initiatives forward with a strong sense of urgency.

Core Experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development, product management, business analysis, data analytics, or a related discipline; strongly preferred.

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience; strongly preferred.

  • 2+ years of programming experience with Apex and the Salesforce environment; preferred.

  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform; strongly preferred.

  • Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence and visualization platform is a plus.

  • Experience working with data warehouses, including Snowflake, is preferred.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and working with large datasets; required.

  • Strong information management and data organization skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear processes, requirements, and solutions.

  • Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, corporate teams, and remote field personnel.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices.  Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.  We also offer all full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and professional development courses.

Base Pay Range

$1 - $10 USD
