Core Responsibilities

  • Administer customer HSE compliance activities within Avetta, ISNetworld (ISN), Veriforce, Achilles, and other customer or third-party contractor management platforms.

  • Monitor customer qualification status, platform dashboards, grades, deficiencies, expiration dates, renewal requirements, and outstanding actions to help prevent interruptions to field operations or bidding opportunities.

  • Review customer HSE requirements and identify gaps between customer expectations and Pearce programs, procedures, training, or documentation.

  • Partner with HSE subject-matter experts, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop responses and corrective actions for identified compliance gaps.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for customer compliance requests involving safety programs, policies, statistics, training records, incident history, certifications, and supporting documentation.

  • Support new customer onboarding and prequalification by completing safety questionnaires, gathering required records, and coordinating cross-functional responses.

  • Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to provide HSE documentation for proposals, RFPs, bid submissions, and customer qualification packages.

  • Maintain centralized tracking of customer requirements, qualification status, renewals, corrective actions, deficiencies, and recurring submission deadlines.

  • Coordinate employee training and certification documentation required for customer qualification, partnering with Workforce Development and Operations to address missing or expired records.

  • Support customer audits, compliance reviews, scorecards, and platform assessments, and track resulting corrective actions through closure.

  • Analyze compliance trends and recurring deficiencies to identify risks and recommend process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation, response templates, compliance matrices, and reference materials to improve consistency and efficiency.

  • Verify that customer-facing HSE information is accurate, current, properly supported, and consistent across systems and submissions.

  • Partner with HSE leadership to strengthen customer compliance governance, including platform management, document ownership, renewal processes, and accountability.

  • Prepare regular reporting on customer qualification status, outstanding deficiencies, upcoming expirations, corrective actions, and compliance risks requiring leadership attention.

  • Support internal and external audits related to customer compliance processes, records, and qualification requirements.

  • Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized customer compliance procedures and governance processes.

Core Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HSE, customer compliance, contractor prequalification, safety administration, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience administering Avetta, ISNetworld (ISN), Veriforce, Achilles, or comparable contractor management/customer compliance platforms.

  • Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, incident metrics, EMR, training and certification records, written safety programs, and customer HSE qualification requirements.

  • Experience managing customer prequalification documentation, questionnaires, compliance submissions, renewals, and corrective actions.

  • Strong ability to manage large volumes of documentation, expiration dates, customer-specific requirements, and recurring deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
