Your Impact

Pearce is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Change Manager to join our Strategy team. This role will lead organizational change initiatives, helping teams successfully navigate process improvements, technology implementations, and structural transformations.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or process improvement, along with at least 1 year of people management experience. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, leading team members, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

This position combines strategic thinking, leadership, effective communication, and visual storytelling to drive measurable business improvements and long-term organizational success.

Core Responsibilities

Change Management & Organizational Transformation

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies supporting organizational, operational, and technology transformations.

  • Partner with the Strategy team and business leaders to assess current-state operations, processes, systems, and organizational structures.

  • Identify change impacts, potential risks, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee adoption.

  • Develop change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, and implementation timelines.

  • Monitor change adoption, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes and return on investment (ROI).

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members supporting change management initiatives, ensuring accountability and alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide guidance, establish priorities, and oversee project deliverables to ensure successful execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to build alignment and support organizational change.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support employee engagement and change readiness.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices, employee adoption, and organizational effectiveness.

Communication, Documentation & Visual Storytelling

  • Develop clear, engaging communication materials, including change impact assessments, process documentation, training guides, and stakeholder presentations.

  • Translate complex business processes and organizational changes into easy-to-understand visual materials.

  • Create professional presentations, infographics, reports, and communication assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or comparable professional design tools.

  • Design and develop complex visuals, including process maps, workflows, organizational diagrams, and other materials that support change adoption.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and communication across departments throughout the change management process.

Process Improvement & Performance Measurement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance organizational efficiency.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure change readiness, employee adoption, and overall initiative success.

  • Partner with business leaders to monitor implementation progress, evaluate ROI, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Support technology implementations, system integrations, and business process improvements.

  • Develop sustainable change management practices that support continued organizational growth.

Core Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, process improvement, business operations, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing change management strategies across multiple departments or business functions.

  • Experience managing organizational change initiatives involving technology implementations, process improvements, or operational transformations.

  • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communication planning, and employee adoption strategies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, establish priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience measuring change effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Experience creating professional presentations, process documentation, workflows, and visual communication materials.

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or comparable design and visualization tools.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Management, or a related field.

  • Change management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or a comparable credential.

  • Experience with structured change management methodologies, including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or similar frameworks.

  • Experience leading change initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, system integrations, or organizational restructuring.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a growing, multi-business-unit organization.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

  • Experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, renewables, critical power, engineering, or field services is a plus.

At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices.  Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.  We also offer all full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and professional development courses.

Base Pay Range

$70,000 - $90,000 USD
