About the Role

We're seeking a visionary Head of Go-to-Market Strategy to establish our customer acquisition engine and build scalable growth systems from the ground up. This foundational role requires a leader who can identify and capture both established markets and unlock latent demand from customers who desire the lifestyle but have been deterred by traditional product complexity.

What You'll Own

  • Customer Strategy & Market Expansion , The RV market is fairly well understood.  However, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding and insights into opportunities to expand to the population that has historically been off limits to traditional trailers. This includes market segmentation strategies that maximize total addressable market without positioning constraints. Create differentiated value propositions for existing RV enthusiasts while building pathways to expand our reach to other market segments. Lead market research and customer insight development to inform product positioning and messaging frameworks.
  • Multi-Channel Go-to-Market Architecture Design and execute integrated customer acquisition strategies across established channels (direct marketing to existing RV owners) and emerging channels targeting lifestyle and technology-forward consumers. Build comprehensive digital marketing ecosystems, strategic partnership networks, and experiential marketing programs that drive awareness and conversion across diverse customer segments.
  • End-to-End Customer Experience Design Create seamless customer journeys from initial awareness through post-purchase advocacy. Develop touchpoint strategies that address varying levels of category familiarity and technical comfort. Establish customer success frameworks and brand experience consistency that drives retention and referral growth, inclusive of cohesive brand development across all customer interactions.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Organization Build and scale high-performing sales and marketing organizations with defined processes, metrics, and accountability structures. Establish foundational CRM systems, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting capabilities. Lead cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to translate technical innovation into compelling market narratives.

 

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in senior go-to-market leadership roles within RV, automotive, consumer electronics, or adjacent premium lifestyle industries
  • Proven expertise in market expansion strategies, particularly identifying and activating previously underserved customer segments
  • Deep experience in brand positioning for technology-enabled products that solve complex consumer problems
  • Track record of building customer acquisition strategies across both established and emerging market channels
  • Strong background in luxury/premium market positioning and integrated brand development
  • Entrepreneurial experience building GTM functions from inception at high-growth companies
  • Data-driven approach to market strategy with exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence capabilities
  • Experience translating technical product advantages into accessible consumer value propositions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
