The Opportunity:
This role is focused on designing high-performing creative for paid ads and organic channels across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and wherever else our customers are hanging out. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth and Creative teams to build thumb-stopping, share-worthy content that helps us scale. You’ll also support cross-functional design needs: from packaging to limited-edition product drops, email templates, or POP displays, wherever great design can make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Design paid and organic assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and more.
- Adapt creative across formats and placements (static and motion graphics).
- Work with performance marketers to test iterations and optimize creative for ROAS and engagement.
- Use performance data to inform design decisions and refine visual direction.
- Embrace tools like AI to increase speed, scale variations, and push creative experimentation.
- Design packaging, inserts, and retail displays that reflect our values and drive shelf impact.
- Create assets for limited-edition product drops and brand moments.
- Support lifecycle and email marketing design.
- Jump into creative deck-building, launch assets, or product setup as needed.
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand identity and messaging across channels.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years of design experience in DTC, ecommerce, or consumer products (apparel/CPG experience is a bonus).
- A killer portfolio that shows range, from ad creative that sells to brand work that sticks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop); experience with Figma and motion tools is a plus.
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, messaging flow, and how to design with purpose.
- Comfortable iterating quickly and working on multiple creative variations at once.
- Solid understanding of paid media formats and best practices for social/digital platforms.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills.
Salary Range:
$57,000-$75,000 CAD
