
Senior Product Manager, Growth
Overview of the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth Product Manager to lead initiatives that improve conversion throughout our member funnel—from first touch to registration and onboarding. This role is critical to achieving our ambitious invoiced revenue and patient acquisition goals, and sits at the intersection of product, data, engineering, design, and leadership. You’ll be the force behind transforming insights into action, driving experimentation, and launching features that increase engagement and improve clinical outcomes.
This is not a role focused on shipping incremental features. You will architect high-impact solutions, deeply understand user motivations, and use data to unlock growth levers. Ideal candidates bring a track record of commercial product success, strong ownership, and a hunger to solve meaningful problems.
This will be a hybrid role, located in commutable distance to our NYC office for lunches, collaboration, and teamwork twice per week.
In this role you will…
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the overall product strategy and own key growth initiatives across multiple domains.
- Drive faster, smarter decision-making by ensuring projects are grounded in data, user insights, and stakeholder alignment from the start.
- Turn complex research and ambiguous challenges into clear, focused product plans with defined outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams to uncover operational pain points and translate them into scalable, high-impact product solutions.
- Design and optimize a seamless, high-converting member registration and onboarding experience.
- Prioritize initiatives based on potential value, ensuring the team focuses on what matters most to business growth and user impact.

The background we are looking for...
- 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally from high-growth, product-led companies
- Experience driving funnel optimization, growth experiments, or internal tooling
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering products that drive business growth
- Deep empathy for users and passion for solving meaningful problems
- Ability to lead through ambiguity with clarity, resilience, and curiosity
- Fluency in product discovery, user research, and experimentation frameworks
- Applied statistical knowledge and comfort with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills—able to influence at all levels

The provided range reflects our US target salary range for this full-time position, which is part of our broader total compensation package, including incentive bonus program, stock options, comprehensive benefits, and incentive pay applicable to eligible roles. Individual pay within the range will vary based on a variety of factors like role-related experience and education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business factors. At Pelago, we are committed to an equitable and fair pay philosophy and review total compensation for our employees at least twice a year.
Base Pay Range
$180,000 - $200,000 USD
