GTM Engineer
Pendo is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Global Revenue Operations team, with a focus on supporting go-to-market teams and helping scale smarter, more efficient revenue processes. This is not a traditional Sales Ops role, this is a role for someone who is motivated by curiosity, energized by improving how things work, and excited to help revenue teams unlock their best performance.
You’ll be a key business partner to our Sales and Revenue leaders supporting day-to-day execution while also exploring how new tools (especially those powered by AI) can reduce friction, automate repetitive work, and level up our GTM motion over time. You don’t need to be an expert in every system, what matters most is a willingness to learn, experiment, and roll up your sleeves.
Why This Role is Different
We’re building an agile RevOps function that values learning, curiosity, and pragmatic innovation over bureaucracy. If you love discovering what’s possible in new tech, enjoy helping GTM teams work smarter, and want to have a tangible impact on revenue outcomes, this is the role for you.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a collaborative partner to Sales, Marketing, and RevOps supporting daily operational needs while identifying opportunities to test and apply AI-driven improvements to areas like case management, prospecting, forecasting, and pipeline health.
- Partner with Sales Leaders to understand pain points in current processes and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or automate workflows over time.
- Work alongside the Sr. Director of Global RevOps to explore and help implement new AI-enabled sales tools that reduce friction and improve efficiency.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that improve GTM process design and reduce manual effort for sellers and managers.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure process alignment across teams, including support for comp-related questions, territory design, lead routing, and pipeline management.
- Partner with data teams to ensure reporting infrastructure supports evolving business needs, but this is not a pure data role, you’ll be in the systems, not just analyzing them.
- Support front-line teams through tool enablement and change management, partnering closely with Sales Enablement to ensure effective rollout, adoption, and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep familiarity with CRM platforms (esp. Salesforce) and at least one sales engagement or intelligence tool (Gong, Outreach, Clari, Clay, Momentum, etc.). Experience with AI tools a plus.
- Strong curiosity and initiative: you're excited by new tools, not intimidated by them.
- Ability to translate business problems into system and process solutions.
- A hands-on builder who prefers to pilot and implement versus simply advise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI-enabled sales tools and eagerness to test emerging platforms.
- Background in supporting SDRs, AEs, and Sales Managers directly.
- Comfort with lightweight data manipulation (e.g., Looker, Excel, basic SQL).
- Passion for simplifying complexity and reducing friction in GTM workflows.
