Sr. Product Manager

Team Description:

As the product leader for Pendo Orchestrate, you’ll be responsible for leading Pendo’s newest product. Orchestrate allows Pendo customers to create multi-channel, engagement-based journeys in an orchestrated way. 

You’ll create and maintain a vision for this product area and communicate and evangelize that vision within Pendo. Finally, you’ll be a strong cross-team partner in Sales, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships as the subject-matter expert for this area.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate the “why” to different stakeholders
  • Experiment with different approaches to solving problems and track which ones work best
  • Define clear OKR's that measure customer satisfaction and business impact
  • Interact daily with various functions, e.g. other PMs, engineering, and design.
  • Define problems to be solved, desired outcomes, and delivery plans
  • Engage in customer calls for discovery, roadmap discussions, and partnerships creation

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 4+ years of experience working in the b2b SaaS Enterprise Platform space, at least 2 years of Product Growth\Performance Marketing experience
  • Proven ability to bring a new product/feature to market in the b2b space, experience going from 0 to 1 in new product launch
  • Excellent communicator in English
  • Experienced with product growth and email marketing campaign orchestration, with a strong understanding of customer engagement.
  • Ability to create delivery plans and stay agile, taking decisions despite uncertainties
  • Navigates successfully in matrix organizations
