Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards

Pendo is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards to join our People team! This role will focus on cash compensation. The candidate for the role will be based out of our Raleigh, NC or New York, NY offices.
 
Team Description
 
The Total Rewards & People Operations team at Pendo supports employees around the globe. This team oversees HR matters like salary, work relocation, stock options, and various benefits. They also oversee leave requests, policy creation, benefits strategy planning, and activities associated with joining or departing the company. We collaborate with numerous stakeholders company-wide to ensure quality delivery of people-related services and processes.
 
Role Responsibilities
  • Partner with the head of rewards to maintain, and update compensation structures using Radford and other market data.
  • Lead the configuration design, testing and operation of compensation planning cycles in Workday, including base salary, promotions, and RSU allocations.
  • Manage the bonus allocation process in Workday, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes and company objectives.
  • Provide data and analysis to support incentive plan design and performance measurement.
  • Manage vendor relationships with external compensation survey providers and consultants.
  • Oversee the collection, interpretation, and use of benchmark data on compensation and compensation practices.
  • Conduct market pricing for new and existing roles, ensuring pay structures remain competitive and compliant.
  • Respond to ad hoc benchmark requests from People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience working in HR,
  • Minimum of five (5) years focused on cash compensation.
  • Deep knowledge of market pricing methodology and compensation structures utilizing Radford market data
  • Experience managing compensation planning cycles, including base pay and bonus planning.
  • Robust analytical skills and the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without need for current or future sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with equity compensation and global compensation practices.
  • Familiarity with Workday Advanced Compensation configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Well-developed storytelling with data skills, including the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for executives.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Compensation
 
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed each location is as follows:
  • New York: $111,400 - 140,400
  • Raleigh: $107,100 - $133,900
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
