About the Role & Team
The Director of HR Project and Change Management will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic Human Resources projects and change initiatives across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in project management, change management, and organizational development.
About the Work
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that support HR initiatives and company objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to create and disseminate clear, consistent, and engaging messages across various channels (e.g., email, intranet, newsletters, town halls).
- Manage and oversee the production of internal communication materials, including presentations, memos, and reports.
- Foster a culture of transparency and open communication by facilitating feedback mechanisms and employee engagement activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, using data and feedback to continuously improve strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and HR.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A PMP certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and change management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading organizational change initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and change management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Change Management platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
