About the Role & Team 

Come be part of the Interactive Product Management team that is disrupting the industry!  This role plays a key part in the strategy for Penn Interactive’s incredible digital product portfolio – from theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and Hollwood Casino. This team impacts the way millions of people engage with our products in more personalized and immersive ways, leveraging bleeding-edge technologies.  

We’re looking for a product leader to lead a breadth of core product capabilities & customer experiences shared across our digital portfolio of products.  These systems & flows, collectively often referred to as Player Account Management (PAM), include Account Management, Registration, KYC/AML, Identity Management, Payments, Withdrawals, Responsible Gaming, Compliance, Anti-Fraud, Generosity & Promotions, and more.   

Your role will include understanding & prioritizing business & customer needs, setting the long-term vision of your domain, and partnering closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders to bring solutions to market.  You and your team, with support from your product peers, will drive all aspects of the platform, to discover features, build new experiences and test-and-learn. You will be accountable for delivering business impact through subscriber growth and engagement across our territories. At the end of the day, your work will transform how Penn Interactives products are discovered and enjoyed across North America.   

About the Work 

  • Lead and mentor a team of high performing product leaders.
  • Articulate a vision for Penn Interactives products and drive alignment for that vision with leaders across the company in various functions.
  • Partner with various business units to understand market challenges and work with engineering to build solutions.
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, regulations, customer behaviors and competitors 
  • Translate your vision into a multi-year roadmap of features, capabilities and user-facing experiences.
  • Prioritize engineering investment to balance platform investment and new functionality.
  • Set Objectives and Key Results across an array of product domains.
  • Drive innovation across our product portfolio, transforming user experiences into the best in the industry.
  • Educate our business partners on how our product works to ensure that the business and our technical teams are fully aligned.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to create senior level material, including everything from monthly business updates to strategic summaries.
  • Other duties as required. 

About You 

  • Minimum of 10 years of collective & relevant work experience in related roles & industries is required.
    • This includes roles such as product management, software engineering, product analytics, strategy or similar.  And industries such as e-commerce, streaming, digital media and sports or similar.  
  • Minimum of 5 years leading product management teams is required.
  • Experience in high-volume B2C applications is required.  
  • Experience in highly regulated environments is required.   
  • Experience in one or more of the fields of mar-tech, payments, account management, and/or fraud is required.  
  • Experience in sports betting and/or iGaming is highly preferred.
  • Prior success building and executing product roadmaps for technology capabilities at an international business.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and back up assumptions and recommendations.
  • You're a strong leader with a competitive edge who can inspire, influence, build talent collaborate, and provide direction in a complex space that breeds results.
  • You have a strong ability to work with engineering teams to go deep into technical concepts, make tradeoffs to remove roadblocks, evaluate alternative approaches and make critical prioritization decisions.
  • Innate emotional intelligence with a proven ability to navigate complex topics with many stakeholders.

Salary Range

$200,000 - $250,000 USD

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, annual performance bonus and equity package — depending on position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
