About the Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Managers in executing marketing strategies and initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our casino products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced marketing team within the online gaming industry.

About the Work

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives for casino products
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences
  • Support the creation of marketing materials including promotional content, emails, social media posts, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including 3rd party suppliers, design, and content to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, tracking key metrics and providing actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, contests, and partnerships to drive customer engagement and acquisition
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for differentiation and improvement
  • Support the management of marketing budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and online gaming

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, email marketing software, and social media management tools
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to support customer segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the online gaming industry and a customer-centric mindset

Salary Range

$60,000 - $74,000 USD

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, annual performance bonus and equity package — depending on position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
