Finance and Legal Manager
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis; experience with ERP and financial planning tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR and financial compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Light Bookkeeping
- Creation of monthly P&L Reports
- Overseeing state and local tax law thresholds while working with our business CPA
- Handing our ADP account for employees and getting them onboarded
- Sales forecasting for ecomm and retail in monthly reports
- Handle our legal contact in regards to trademarks and any business filings
