Customer Experience Associate

Rowayton, CT

Full Time, Hybrid: 3 days in person, 2 days remote per week

Experience: 1+ year in a customer-facing roll 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Shopify & Google Suite preferred
  • A passion for needlepoint

Responsibilities:

  • Support store/e-commerce team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining maximum organization
  • Provide an engaging and efficient customer experience.
  • Assist with online customer needs as they arise
  • Maintain presentation standards.
  • Learn our systems and processes and use them effectively.
  • Act in a manner that aligns with our values.
  • Communicate directly with our customer service team to edit, pull, or look up online orders.
  • Manage company phone for Flagship customer service 
  • Co-lead Stitch Nights and any Flagship location events
