Description:

We are a growing but profitable data company. This means that we are incredibly intentional about every hire that we make. Our recruiting team is our first connection point with our future employees, and we take that seriously. We are looking for someone that can balance excitement for our company with genuine discernment of candidates from all backgrounds. Many of our roles require unique technical experience and we are looking for someone who has experience sourcing and recruiting difficult to find engineering candidates.

Over the last few years we have been working hard to increase our diverse representation among our employees, we believe it is very possible to value diversity while still making exceptional additions to the team. One area of opportunity for us in 2025 is connecting with more women in technical roles. Our operational employees are nearly 60% women, our revenue employees are just under 50% women, but our tech department is under 20% women, and we’d like to change that. 

We have one recruiting team lead today who is also a full cycle recruiter, both individuals will report into our COO and have a high level of flexibility and autonomy. If there are ever times when hiring slows down, we allow our recruiters to work on other projects. Ask our recruiter about his work as our resident event emcee and photographer!

While this role requires direct technical recruiting experience, we are open to someone with an engineering background who is looking to pivot in their career.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, interview, and hire talented people! It’s that simple.
  • We do not have a recruiting coordinator and our recruiters schedule their own interviews

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums

Desired Skills / Nice to Haves

  • Experience hiring data engineers or a similar type of role
  • Technical background of some kind

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000
