We are looking for our next amazing cross-functional “connector.” Someone who is excited to dive into different areas of our business and provide operational support. As a smaller company, our areas of need can vary month to month and we are looking for someone to flex as needed across our shared functions.

The Program Manager, Tech Operations will serve as a centralized managed service, delivering critical operational support across IT/Security, Privacy, Tech, Finance/HR, and other departments. We have exceptional operational employees at PDL and we can’t wait to add this person to the mix. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic tech operations initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Security, Privacy, Tech, Finance/HR, and other departments to identify operational needs and implement effective solutions
  • Develop, implement, and manage robust processes to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within tech operations and propose innovative solutions for improvement
  • Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Work with leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for tech operations initiatives
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative environment where feedback and innovation are encouraged
  • Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of data and systems through process and policy implementation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of Program Management experience (ideally in a remote setting, Technical Operations Program Management preferred)
  • Desire to be part of an ever-evolving profitable startup
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivator who can work independently and proactively
  • You're always looking for creative ways to get the job done without needing to be micromanaged
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of technical operations concepts

Desired Skills / Nice to Haves

  • Interest in data and technology
  • Experience at a SaaS or DaaS company
  • Experience with a variety of technical platforms and tools used in a tech organization
  • Experience communicating with technical teams (developers/engineers)
  • Familiarity with compliance and security concepts
  • Proven track record of process improvement and optimization

Comp: $120K - $130K
