Marketing Manager

Over the past couple of decades the Company has quietly become one of the largest owners of public records data in the country, distributing its products over a vast network of websites.

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to work hand in hand with our Director of Marketing to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness to PropertyReach. This person is responsible for the day-to-day management of several marketing initiatives with an emphasis in online marketing.  The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation.

Salary 

$100K-$115K

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-7 years marketing experience
  • 2-3 Experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong digital marketing experience including social media, email marketing, influencers, and display
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
  • Experience working in a fast pace, growing environment
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Possess strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and comfort with web based competitive intelligence tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to content creation and optimization
  • Implement email marketing campaigns and lifecycle strategies
  • Collaborate with product team to align marketing efforts
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Manage CRM automations and workflows
  • Develop, execute, and monitor effective cross channel marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize customer acquisition, conversion and retention metrics.
  • Analyze daily performance and optimize spend based on results to maximize ROI.
  • Forecast and manage KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and more.
