Property Reach, a division of PeopleFinders, LLC is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead its Real Estate platform strategy.
Salary
$100K - $150K
The Business Development Executive's Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Lead the team to achieve revenue targets by developing effective sales and marketing strategies, managing sales pipelines, and driving new customer acquisition.
- Foster strong relationships with key real estate brokers, agents, and property management companies to promote the platform and secure new business.
- Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, and contract negotiation.
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with market trends and customer feedback, focusing on feature enhancements and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Define pricing strategies, packaging options, and value propositions for different customer segments.
- Monitor market dynamics and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Marketing and Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration within the real estate industry.
- Manage marketing channels such as content marketing, social media, email marketing, and webinars to engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging that highlights the platform's unique value proposition.
- Customer Success and Retention:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support, training, and ongoing account management.
- Identify customer needs and work with the product team to implement feature improvements based on feedback.
- Implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn rate.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Work with leadership to manage P&L statement, ensuring business goals and objectives are achieved
- Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, customer success, and product functions.
- Foster a collaborative culture, promoting employee engagement and career development.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, key players, and pain points.
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success within the real estate technology space.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities to analyze key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
