Summary of Position:
The Account Coordinator position on our Digital Asset Management team is responsible for quality checking creative assets, developing asset taxonomy (file names)managing assets, ensuring asset compliance, and keeping projects on time and on budget.
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Manage creative assets from prep, delivery, and storage for your assignment
- Govern naming conventions and other asset requirements across multiple channels
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that asset management is executed to completion
- Collaborate with team to assemble all necessary asset specifications
- Assist in the establishment and development of processes, procedures, and governance
- Quality Control check of assets to validate proper requirements have been followed and coordinate updates as needed
- Manage asset scope changes while ensuring an on-time execution
- Build partner and internal relationships
- Attend regular status meetings with cross functional teams to ensure a flawless execution for each campaign or project
- Proactively build your knowledge and expertise through additional training
- Other duties assigned as needed

A successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Exceptional communication skills while working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
- Wireless internet speed up to at least 500 mbps
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as campaign trackers, presentations, and data
- Readiness to operate internal and external online systems
- Client facing ability
- Problem solving skills
- Capacity to manage healthy business processes
- Desire to grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s in Business or Communication a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university (emphasis in marketing or management); or Minimum 18 months of applicable business or promotion management experience
