Summary of Position:
The Account Coordinator, Coupons is responsible for carrying out administrative tasks related to project management and coupon execution for Drug & Value retailers. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Collaborate with required coupon vendors and retail partners to lead execution and delivery of coupon program
- Create and manage timelines, communication, and tracking related to coupon programs for Drug and Value retailers
- Attend kick off / alignment meeting calls and provide recaps
- Create, review, and approve coupon coding ensuring accuracy
- Assist with creating and tracking coupon vendor POs and billing as needed
- Communicate with clients and vendors, as directed
- Lead Coupon Data Entry into client systems
- Research and resolves routine and non-routine coupon redemption and customer deduction questions and discrepancies. Following standard operating procedures, determines the appropriate adjustment
- Escalates issues with appropriate client contacts
- Attend required weekly status meetings to provide updates
- Other duties assigned as needed
- Supports client account administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns

- Preferred, but not required: Bachelors in Finance or Marketing with a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university; or Minimum 18 months of applicable business experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as operate internal, online systems
- Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence
- Ability to be client facing
- Ability to mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team
- Ability to do intermediate-level math (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages)
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to problem solve and be proactive
- Effectively utilizes staff including delegating as appropriate
- Ability to manage healthy business processes
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
