Summary of Position:
The Account Executive position is responsible for managing marketing campaigns and keeping the project work on time and on budget. This position will be working heavily in the incentives spend. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. *NOTE - this is a future dated position with a start date of early January 2026.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Manage promotions from conception to completion for your assigned client
- Collaborate with client to assemble all necessary offer specifications and complete applicable request forms
- Communicate offer promotion details to suppliers
- Request and route supplier contracts for client approvals, returning signed contracts and POs to suppliers
- Input offers into supplier portals
- Route coupon proofs to client for approval and to pep team to be scanned and validated
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure a flawless execution for each promotion
- Manage promotion scope changes as needed while ensuring an on-time and on-budget execution
- Input promotion and campaign spends into client systems, ensuring accuracy at all points of entry
- Master existing processes/procedures
- Lead establishment and development of new or improved processes/procedures
- Other duties assigned as needed
- Build your knowledge & expertise:
- Assist in the establishment and development of processes/procedures
- Seek out additional training specific to couponing. Strive to become an expert in the coupon industry and bring valuable, actionable insights to the client and your team

- Strong Excel skills required

- Able to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors, and clients to successfully accomplish work
- Effectively proofing own and others work to ensure accuracy
- Actively and effectively managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Demonstrate internal leadership and collaborate to deliver projects to clients with agreed upon scope
- Ability to mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Above average proficiency in Excel is required. Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
