Summary of Position: The Senior Account Executive position in Brand Content Operations (BCO) is responsible for leading content operations, media trafficking, asset management, and CRM campaign execution across major enterprise client accounts. This role supports the Brand Content Operations team by serving as the primary operational liaison between client teams, agency partners, and internal developers to standardize content workflows, enforce quality control, manage taxonomy and DAM uploads, and drive continuous process improvements. 

Key Responsibilities and Attributes:

  • Execute media trafficking tasks, including reviewing incoming requests from agency partners, trafficking assets to Smartsheet, updating status fields, and coordinating basic QA checks with partner teams.
  • Prepare presentations and perform quality control (QC) by building internal tracking tools (“pep trackers”), validating slide identification numbers, checking links and file names, and ensuring decks meet client standards.
  • Manage folders and files, including establishing delivery folder structures, performing file QC against sources of truth, renaming files according to client naming conventions, and uploading finalized assets to SharePoint, YouTube, and client DAM platforms.
  • Support CRM campaign operations by ingesting approved creative briefs, organizing copy and Figma assets, creating Creative Request Forms (CRFs), and generating Jira tickets for developers across Email, Push, SMS, In-App, and Content Cards.
  • Assist with digital asset management (DAM) and website operations, including sourcing assets for wireframes, uploading files, tagging metadata, and supporting ratings/reviews syndication via BazaarVoice.
  • Implement established workflows and governance standards, ensuring compliance with taxonomy, naming conventions, version control, and asset lifecycle requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs, timely delivery, and accurate execution across trafficking, QC, DAM, and CRM processes.
  • Identify operational issues and escalate them to Senior Account Executives or Supervisors, ensuring risks are flagged early and resolved appropriately.
  • Maintain strong organization and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and asset types with consistency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvements by sharing observations and recommendations with Senior Account Executives, while following updated workflows once implemented.

A successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education/experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in brand content operations, digital asset management, media trafficking, or agency account management.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in project management and collaboration software including Smartsheet, Jira, Figma, SharePoint, FileZilla, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel; working knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (such as AEM, BazaarVoice, YouTube, and Sprinklr).
  • Core competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, quality control mindset, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, process optimization, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
