The Role
We’re looking for a successful sales manager with a proven track record of success to lead one of our US law enforcement sales teams. This team has an ambitious bookings goal for FY25, with a mandate to “Zero to One” multiple new territories with a team of experienced Account Executives. This role’s primary objective is to ensure this goal is achieved and the team has all the necessary tools, enablement, and resources to see results. You’ll be responsible for managing, developing, and hiring your Account Executive team, own the forecasting reports, and assist with various sales components like territory constructs, procurement processes, and working cross functionally with other GTM teams to ensure success.

- You are an analytical thinker who leverages reports daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to view impact and make necessary changes for your team and for leadership.
What we look for
- 7-10 years of sales experience including strong prospecting and closing experience in B2G (Business to Government) SaaS companies, strong preference for law enforcement sales
- 5+ years building and leading high-performing sales teams in high-growth companies
- A track record of success in both of these roles, ideally selling a complex cloud solution into net new enterprise accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references
- Track record of developing and coaching individuals to be future stars in new roles
- Familiarity with solution-based selling, experience managing a complex sales process through government procurement processes
- Advanced sales modeling, forecasting, and pipeline analysis skills in Salesforce and other sales technology tools
- The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in major metropolitan areas
Salary Range: $150,000 - $195,000 Annually + Sales Commission + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
